Allah Subhanahu wa T'ala exhorts repetitively in Quran that the up keeping of Quran is with Ease (Tayseer) thus where are the Mindfuls...? Here at International Quranic Literacy Foundation (formerly Tayseer-ul-Quran) we endeavor to connect these Mindful-souls to the Ease-of-Quran.
The name International Quranic Literacy Foundation (formerly Tayseer-ul-Quran (Ease of Quran)) reflects our total ambitions. We strive to go extra miles when it comes to making an imprint on students' minds and souls. We define our role as mere facilitators, firmly believing that the education itself comes from nowhere but from God Himself.
Being a humble student of Quran I dare to utter that Quran is a beautiful collection of words being put together in a way that consistently radiates enormous amount of incandescent energy into its reader which not only inspires a change from within but also becomes extrinsic and inspires all living beings in the very vicinity.
Quran has a multi dimensional ripple effect which is contagious and it takes its carriers to the successful abode, and which ceases not, to exist, Ever...!
Things We Are Doing
In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful
I, Kashan Iqbal, bear witness that there is no deity but Allah, and that the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) is His last Prophet and messenger, and that there is no other Prophet or messenger will ever be after him (Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam).
Inspired by my late Mother (may Allah Subhaanahu wa T'aala have mercy upon her and upon my late father and all elders, Aameen) I, Kashan Iqbal, in my humble capacity as a representative of teaching faculty here at IQL, started studying Quran from a scholastic perspective over 25 years ago and since then the journey to explore Glorious Quran goes on. I earned my Quranic education through direct and indirect interactions and educational associations with multiple notable Scholars of our time. Self-study is my key and Quran, its sciences, and its linguistics have been my full time interest throughout. I belong to a Sunni, Hanafi family.
I learnt Arabic Grammar and Morphology (صرف و نحو ) from a prolific teacher of Arabic Sir Naseer Ahmad Faruqi. He studied Sarf-o-Nahv at a highly reputable institution linked to Quranic Studies in Pakistan. Sir Faruqi has been teaching Arabic Grammar online all over the globe and at his local neighborhood Masjid in Karachi for past several years.
Prior to stepping into this magnetic field of Quranic Syntax (صرف و نحو), I had been rendering Quranic education in various other fields like Tafseer, Hadeeth, and Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam) to my close circles, my personal interests and inclinations had also taken me to the vast and mesmerizing field of Al-Balaghah (the highest scholastic faculty of Quranic Linguistic Sciences). Although I had looked at the Quranic syntax with its grammatical perspective in mind throughout but had never taken up صرف و نحو as a subject of formal education until a few year back, main reason being myself a professional engineer doing a full-time job to feed myself and my family. To me, knowledge of صرف و نحو is the door to all faculties associated with Quranic Sciences. Therefore, my focus is to teach Arabic صرف و نحو publicly using online interactive tools. The idea was and still is that those who for some reason cannot take up formal schooling of Quranic Studies should not be left alone. They don't have to walk out and spend a lot of money on this. We'll bring it to their doorsteps, in-shaa Allah.
Epilogue
In this noble dissemination of Quranic Education in my little capacity as a mere student of Quran o Hadeeth, I thank Allah Subhaanahu wa T'aala for choosing me for this noble service to mankind. I pay my special Thanks to my respected Teacher Sir Naseer Ahmed Faruqi for his great contribution in my academic upbringing towards the language of Quran, and for that he treated me as a special case and extended his extra time and effort throughout - may Allah the most Merciful elongate his shadow upon us - Aameen
